How to have a long live and be well.

As usual answer is simpler then we may think. God in his Holy Word is giving us conditions which when fulfilled will bring one of God’s promises to our life.

God doesn’t say that it is the only condition that exists yet He says that if this commandment is not being kept your life won’t be long and you won’t be well. This is similar to the condition that if you take the communion when in a sin it may also cause a sickness in your body. In other words if you honor your mother and father, God will have one more reason to give you a long and good life. Many people don’t know that such a simple thing as honoring their parents may stop a disease from attacking their body.
