Draw Closer to God

 

Although one of the reasons we usually search for God is a difficult situation, but it is a good thing after all. If you know the Holy Bible, and the Jewish Biblical History in particular. You will find, that they were many times stricken with hardship, due to the violation of God's law. It was a form of punishment, but the main reason of hardship was to cause repentance and to help them to come back to the LORD.

 


Is America being punished by GOD?

Some believe that it is true. For years, morality, integrity and commitment to God's principles were sliding down. It was done quietly, behind the scenes. Now it is done openly. Europe  (as a state, states) has rejected God long time ago. America just follows her example.

How about you?

You do not have to go with the majority. As a matter of fact, you can openly and freely (not for long) oppose it. In a time like this, your personal relationship with God and your commitment to his principles are at utmost importance. It is not that much about commitment to organizations as to GOD himself.

American government can kick GOD out of schools and public life. They can even remove Him from the constitution, but they cannot remove GOD from your heart (unless you let them).

Therefore, you must be even more committed, devoted and uncompromising. The more, majority falls away, the closer you should get. Love your GOD with all your heart, soul and thought. Draw closer to HIM than ever, HE is worthy!
